Terms and Conditions of the Promotion
“Old for New – Time for an Upgrade”
SECTION 1. ORGANIZER
The campaign “Old for New – Vetus 50 and Veta 5 Basic Buyback” (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) is organized and conducted by Infinita Ltd., registered at Sofia, postal code 1330, 302 Tsar Simeon St. (“the Organizer”).
Participants in the Campaign agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

SECTION 2. TERRITORY
The Campaign is valid within the territory of the Republic of Greece and the Republic of Cyprus. It applies to purchases made through the official channels of Infinita Ltd. – online and via authorized representatives.
SECTION 3. ELIGIBILITY
All legal entities registered in Greece or Cyprus (“Clients”), including veterinary clinics and practices, are eligible to participate in the Campaign.
SECTION 4. MECHANISM
4.1. A participant wishing to benefit from the Campaign must contact the Organizer or its representative and provide information about the equipment they own – ultrasound system or anesthesia machine (brand, model, year, condition, and functionality).
4.2. The Organizer performs a preliminary evaluation based on the provided information. Additional details (photos/videos) may be requested if necessary.
4.3. Upon approval, the participant receives an individual offer with a specific discount for the purchase of:
- Vetus 50 veterinary ultrasound system
- Veta 5 Basic anesthesia system
4.4. Discounts are determined based on the class and condition of the returned equipment, as well as the selected configuration and payment method.
4.5. The participant confirms the offer in writing (electronically or physically), after which the order is finalized.
4.6. Upon delivery of the new equipment, the participant must hand over the old device according to the agreed terms.
4.7. The returned equipment must match the described condition. In case of discrepancies, the Organizer may adjust the discount or refuse the transaction.
4.8. The participant declares that they are the legal owner of the device and that it is not subject to legal restrictions. The returned equipment must be accompanied by an accounting document.
4.9. The Organizer is not responsible for any stored data on the returned equipment.
4.10. After handover, the old equipment becomes the property of the Organizer.
SECTION 5. PARTICIPATION RESTRICTIONS
All veterinary clinics registered on the territory of Greece and Cyprus may participate in the Campaign.
SECTION 6. CAMPAIGN VALIDITY
The Campaign is valid until 10.05.2026 or until promotional quantities are exhausted. The Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Campaign period, with such changes announced publicly on the website indicated above.
SECTION 7. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
Valid participation in the promotion requires the conclusion of a Contract between the Client and the Organizer, containing: company details, registration number, VAT number, registered address, email, and authorized representative.
SECTION 8. CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS
8.1. Clients owning ultrasound systems or anesthesia machines (same or competitor brands) may participate.
8.2. Devices of different classes (low, mid, high) are accepted according to the Organizer’s internal evaluation. Ultrasound systems must have at least one functioning transducer.
8.3. The discount may reach up to:
- 30% for Vetus 50 ultrasound
- 25% for Veta 5 Basic anesthesia system
8.4. Discounts vary depending on:
- the class of the old device
- the payment method (full or installment)
- the selected configuration
SECTION 9. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS
The Organizer has the right to amend the Campaign Terms, with changes taking effect upon publication on the official website.
SECTION 10. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The Organizer may terminate the Campaign at any time, in accordance with Section 9, if abuse by Clients is detected, if the Terms are violated, at its own discretion, and/or in case of force majeure.
SECTION 11. LEGAL DISPUTES
All disputes between the Organizer and Clients regarding the Campaign shall be resolved in good faith and with mutual compromise. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be settled under the Civil Procedure Code by the competent Bulgarian court within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
