The company has its own specialized certified service for medical equipment, which is serviced by highly qualified engineers.
Specialists with many years of experience in their field will answer all your questions and will ensure technically trouble-free operation of the delivered equipment.
For all products offered by Infinita to which warranty service is applicable, a warranty card with the warranty conditions is sent together with the product.
In case of ascertained defect of the product within the warranty period, Infinita takes over and performs the repair in the foreseeable future in accordance with the statutory norms of the Bulgarian legislation.
Warranty service - included in the price when purchasing the equipment. INFINITA gives the opportunity to extend the warranty up to 5 years.

Warranty extension up to 5 years
This is a full warranty for the system, which includes all costs for troubleshooting, including spare parts and transport of the service team, if necessary.
Attention: The price for extension of the warranty is valid for devices that are still under warranty. For devices outside this period, the percentage for extending the warranty increases!
