Terms of Delivery

1. Goods receiving
The purchased medical goods from infinita.ltd can be obtained according to the client's preference:
• Via courier -  Infinita works with approved courier service providers at prices;
• From Infinita's office, located in Sofia, Bulgaria. Address: 127 General Aleksandar Suvorov Str., 1618 Sofia

2. VAT
All prices are shown without VAT. VAT will be added to the invoice where appropriate.

3. Worldwide deliveries

In stock items will be despatched as soon as practicable.
All items may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. Customs policies vary widely. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.

4. Delivery prices

The delivery price is not included in the indicated commodity prices.

In order for proper service to be performed, the USER is obliged to provide exact address data, contact person and telephone number. Infinity does not take up responsibility for unsolicited shipments in the wrong address or incorrect phone number.

For all international deliveries the cost to ship items from each product category varies by item, shipment, and shipping option. Once you place your, please wait our team to contact you. In case you delay your confirmation for despatch and the courier or transport company change its conditions and prices we need your reconfirmation before expredition.

5. Force Majeure

Infinita shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of
the Infinita obligations in relation to the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the company’s reasonable control. Without prejudice to the
generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond the company’s reasonable control:
a) Act of God, pandemics, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;
b) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Infinita or third parties);
c) War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;
d) Import or export regulations or embargos, other government regulations;
e) Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery;
f) Power failure or breakdown in machinery.

6. Returns Policy

6.1. Right to return the goods
You can return the ordered goods in accordance with the conditions below:
(a) The buyer has the right to return the received goods within 14 / fourteen / days within the receiving date, without paying compensation or penalty.
(b) All cost related to the returning the delivered goods shall be to the consumer. The Supplier is not obliged to restore the additional costs for the initial delivery of the goods, when the consumer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery of the goods, other than the standard delivery offered by the Supplier.
(c) Only goods returned with all the packaging in good commercial condition.

6.2. Non-refundable goods
Due to the nature of the offered goods, we may refuse the right of the consumer to return goods, including and not only:

(a) sealed surgical equipment once these products are unsealed after you receive them;
(b) for the supply of sealed goods which are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
(c) for the supply of goods which, after being delivered and which by their nature have been mixed with other goods from which they cannot be separated;
(d) any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery
(e) for the supply of goods which, by their nature, may deteriorate or have a short life;
(f) for the supply of goods ordered especially for the consumer or according to his individual requirements.

6.3. In case the consumer uses his right to return the goods, Infinita shall refund the amount within 14 days from the date on which the seller received the goods back.

6.4. Before returning any products to us, please contact our team on +359 700 20 640 or customers@infinita.ltd to obtain a return authorisation. Your name, address, registration e-mail in our website, phone number and invoice number must accompany all returns. We remain you that all goods will only be accepted for return if the item is returned with all the packaging in good condition.

7. Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by Bulgarian Law. Each of the parties irrevocably submits for all purposes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bulgaria.
