Terms and Conditions of the Promotion
“Back your old device – get a new Vetus E5”
SECTION 1. ORGANIZER
The campaign “Trade in your old device – get a new Vetus E5” (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) is organized and conducted by Infinita Ltd., registered at Tsar Simeon Street No. 302, Sofia, postal code 1330 (“the Organizer”).
Participants in the Campaign are required to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, with changes taking effect upon publication on the website: https://infinita.ltd/promo-vetuse5-buyback.
SECTION 2. TERRITORY
The Campaign is valid within the territory of the Republic of Greece and the Republic of Cyprus. It applies to purchases made through the official channels of Infinita Ltd. – online and via authorized representatives.
SECTION 3. ELIGIBILITY
All legally competent individuals and legal entities residing in Bulgaria (“Client/s”) are eligible to participate in the Campaign.
SECTION 4. MECHANISM
4.1. A participant wishing to benefit from the Campaign must contact the Organizer or its representative and provide accurate information about their ultrasound device, including brand, model, year of manufacture, technical condition, and the presence of a working transducer.
4.2. Upon receiving the request, the Organizer will conduct a preliminary evaluation of the device based on the provided data. If necessary, the Organizer may request additional information, photos, or video to verify the condition of the device.
4.3. If the device meets the requirements, the Organizer will send the participant an individual offer specifying the discount amount to be deducted from the price of the new Vetus E5 device.
4.4. The participant confirms acceptance of the offer in writing (electronically or physically), after which the order is finalized and delivery is arranged.
4.5. Delivery of the new Vetus E5 device is carried out by the Organizer or its authorized representative. Upon receipt, the participant is required to hand over the old device in accordance with the previously agreed terms.
4.6. The returned device must be in the same technical condition as described in the request and evaluation. In case of discrepancies, the Organizer reserves the right to adjust the discount amount or refuse acceptance of the device.
4.7. The participant declares that the returned device is their property and is not subject to lien, legal dispute, or other restrictions that would prevent its transfer.
4.8. The Organizer is not responsible for any data, files, or confidential information stored on the returned device. The participant must delete or archive such information in advance.
4.9. After handover, the old device becomes the property of the Organizer, who may use, recycle, donate, or dispose of it at their discretion.
4.10. All costs related to transportation, disassembly, or preparation of the old device for handover are borne by the participant, unless otherwise agreed.
SECTION 5. PARTICIPATION RESTRICTIONS
All veterinary clinics registered in the Republic of Bulgaria are eligible to participate in the Campaign.
SECTION 6. CAMPAIGN VALIDITY
The Campaign is valid until November 15, 2025, or while promotional quantities last. The Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Campaign period, with such changes announced publicly on the website.
SECTION 7. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
Valid participation in the “Trade in your old device – get a new” promotion requires the signing of a contract between the Client and the Organizer, which must include: company details, registration number, VAT number, registered address, email, and authorized representative.
SECTION 8. CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS
8.1. All legal entities and individuals who own a working ultrasound device are eligible to participate.
8.2. The device must be in technically sound condition, with at least one functioning transducer.
8.3. The participant must complete the application form available at https://infinita.ltd/promo-vetuse5-buyback and provide the necessary information for evaluation.
8.4. Upon approval, the participant receives a fixed discount on the price of the new Vetus E5 device, which is applied at the time of purchase.
SECTION 9. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS
The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend the Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the evaluation procedure. Changes take effect upon prior announcement at https://infinita.ltd/promo-vetuse5-buyback. The Organizer also reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Campaign due to force majeure or at its own discretion.
SECTION 10. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The Organizer may terminate the Campaign at any time, announcing this in accordance with Section 9, in cases of abuse by Clients, violation of the Campaign’s Terms and Conditions, or force majeure circumstances.
SECTION 11. LEGAL DISPUTES
All disputes between the Organizer and Clients regarding the Campaign shall be resolved in good faith and with mutual compromise. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be settled under the Civil Procedure Code by the competent Bulgarian court within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
