​ ​Terms and Conditions of Infinita Ltd, 302,„Tsar Simeon“ Str., Sofia, Bulgaria (“Infinita”) shall apply exclusively to your participation in FOLLOW US AND WIN (“Follow Us and Win”). By filling in and submitting the form (as defined below), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
1.1. To fill in the Follow us and Win form, please follow us on Facebook and Like the official lottery post . Our facebook page is available on https://www.facebook.com/InfinitaGreece.

PERIOD AND LOCATION
2.1. The Follow us and Win runs 31 October - 02 Novemeber 2025. Entry is opened from 09:30 h on October 31, 2025 until 11:00 h on November 02, 2025. The time of entry will be determined by the time stamp of the entrants’ electronical acceptance.
2.2. All prize will be drawn on November 02, 2025, 11:00 h, on Panhellenic Veterinary Congress - Thessaloniki 2025, booth 17-18. Address of the exhibition: Makedonia Palace Hotel, Leof. Meg. Alexandrou 2, Thessaloniki 546 40, Greece.

REQUIREMENTS
3.1. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over on the day they enter Follow us and Win. Proof of age and personality, in the form of a valid ID, Passport or Driver`s Licence, may be required when receiving the prize.
3.2. Only one entry during game period is permitted per person.
3.3. Infinita does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the Facebook. Numerous factors outside the control of Infinita may interfere with the operation for which no responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
3.4. Follow us and Win is not open to employees and their families of Infinita.
3.5. All entries must be made directly by the individual entering the Follow us and Win. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified, and any Follow us and Win awarded will be void.

SIGN AND WIN PRIZES DESCRIPTION
4.1. 1 Eight winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on November 02, 2025, 11:00 h. All persons, who followed us, have to present on the booth Ty during the drawn of the prize. If the person does not present on the booth at that time and can not certify his identity, a new winner will be selected after the first one and according to the same principles.
4.2. The prizes are as follow:

            A fleece blanket lined with PEVA.

4.2.4 Prizes will be drawn as follows
    The first 6 winners will win a mug
    The 7th winner will win a thermal backpack for a picnic
    The 8th winner will win a backpack for a picnic lined with thermal coating.
4.3. Infinita will not replace any lost, damaged, mutilated or stolen Prize. All taxes, costs, liabilities and unspecified expenses associated with the usage of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
4.4. The Prize is as stated. Prize is not transferable, cannot be resold and will only be awarded directly to the Winner. There is no cash alternative. Prize is subject to availability and in the event that the Prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Infinita’s control, Infinita reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
4.5.The names and country of the Winners will be available for a period of up to 4 months after the Follow us and Win completion on https://infinita.ltd/lottery-panhellenic-veterinary-congress-2025 .

PERSONAL DATA
5.1. All personal information you submit to Infinita in connection with the Follow us and Win is subject to and will be processed in accordance with Infinita's privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy").

GENERAL
6.1. To the fullest extent possible in law, Infinita does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of participation in the Follow us and Win and the acceptance of any Prize.
6.2. Participants are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to participation in the Follow us and Win, such as accessing the internet etc.
6.3. Infinita reserves the right to investigate and reject claims it believes to be of a fraudulent nature. Should a claim be upheld as fraudulent Infinita reserves the right to pursue damages against individuals in connection with the claim.
6.4. Infinita shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or obligated to provide an alternative or a substitution Prize to the Winner, where the failure is caused by an event of Force Majeure and the Winner does not receive any or all components of the prize as a result of such.
6.5. 6.6. Infinita’s decisions in all promotional matters in relation to this Free Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.7. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on the law of EU will have exclusive jurisdiction.
