Over the past month, the Infinita team, together with a group of distinguished veterinary doctors from Bulgaria, embarked on an exciting 15‑day journey to the “heart” of innovation — the headquarters, R&D centers, and manufacturing facilities of Mindray in China. This was not just a visit, but a deep immersion into the future of veterinary medicine.

For us at Infinita, participating in this annual gathering is far more than a matter of prestige. As a leading company in Bulgaria, Greece, and Cyprus, our mission is to “keep our clock in sync” with the best in the world. Our presence at this forum allows us to achieve three very important things:

• To closely follow the latest global trends. 

• To exchange experience through international discussions and round tables. 

• To take part directly in the development process, witnessing how ideas turn into practical solutions within Mindray’s R&D centers.

One of the most inspiring moments was the presentation of Mindray Animal’s 2031 strategy. The vision is clear: comprehensive solutions that simplify the daily work of the veterinarian. Instead of fragmented information, the new systems focus on centralized data, enabling faster and more precise diagnostics. Moreover, Mindray is committed to providing direct support through trained application specialists who work alongside Infinita’s clients, helping them enhance their skills and make the most of high‑tech equipment.

During the official part of the event, Infinita also received an award — for Best Service. Our team of seven engineers are the true recipients of this recognition. It is an important acknowledgment that success is not only about sales, but also about the quality of customer care that follows.

The visits to two of the manufacturing facilities were among the most memorable highlights. The scale, precision, and multi‑level quality control are clear proof of why Mindray is a global leader in R&D and production.

Perhaps the most impressive for our colleagues were the CMS (Central Monitoring Stations). This intelligent system allows real‑time monitoring of all patients in the clinic — from the operating room to the hospitalization area — from a single screen, ensuring maximum safety and control.

We returned energized with new ideas and the confidence that the direction we are taking together with our partners at Mindray is the right one. In the end, change is not a matter of choice. The question is not whether we are ready for it, but whether we can afford to fall behind even a little longer.
