InLab Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor uses a magnetic bead-based method for fast and reliable extraction. Veterinarians can simply add the samples to the InLab extractor and obtain purified nucleic acids in just 8 minutes, with no additional steps. With built-in UV sterilization, cross-contamination is prevented after each cycle.
Compact and convenient: Suitable for direct PCR tests in veterinary clinics. Speed and Capacity: Extract two samples simultaneously in 8 minutes. Easy to use: Quick start with just one push of a button, no specialized training required.
Open the extraction kit Peel off/remove the top. Place the kit in the tripod for easier operation.
Step 2
Add the sample
Add 200 µL of the buffered solution to the LB well - position 2. Place the magnetic stirrer guard in position 1.
Step3
Initiation of nucleic acid extraction
Place the extraction kit into the automatic extractor. Press the “Run” button to start the nucleic acid extraction.
Step 4
Addition of the purified nucleic acid
After extraction, take 20 µL of purified nucleic acid. Add it to the tube of lyophilized PCR test reagent. Shake the tube to completely mix the lyophilized reagent with the nucleic acid.
