Instructions for Using the InLab Plus PCR
Step 1
Test preparation
Add 20 µL of the purified nucleic acid to the lyophilized reagent tube.
Step 2
Set up the InLab PCR
Switch on InLab Plus PCR. Connect it to the Wi-Fi network. The screen will show the well numbers (1-8).
Step 3
Selecting and entering information
Choose a well to place the PCR reagent tube. Click the corresponding well number on the screen. Enter the sample and other relevant information in the provided fields. Scan the barcode from the PCR test packeage.
Step 4
Start the test
Click "Run" to start the test. Optionally, place additional reagent tubes with samples in the remaining wells and run the test for those as well.
