Terms and Conditions of Mindray Animal Medical Technology Co., Limited, UNITS 2303-04,23/F, WING ON CENTRE 111 CONNAUGHT ROAD CENTRAL HK, VAT:  72526652-000-01-22-2 (“Mindray Animal”) shall apply exclusively to your participation in SIGN AND WIN (“Sign and Win”). By filling in and submitting the form (as defined below), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
1.1. To fill in the Sign and Win form, please enter your personal data and fill in our survey, including answering all the mandatory fields. The form is available on https://forms.gle/HgDfzjbPWQmKrSeh7. The personal data includes: First name, Last Name, Phone, Email. The questions include your preferences about your professional interests. After the last question you have the option to enter the Sign and Win by selecting “Yes, I would like to subscribe to Infinita Lottery FECAVA  2024”.

PERIOD AND LOCATION
2.1. The Sign and Win runs 12-14 Sept 2024. Entry is opened from 08:30 h on Sept 12th, 2024 until 10:30 h on Sept 14th, 2024. The time of entry will be determined by the time stamp of the entrants’ electronical acceptance.
2.2. All prize will be drawn on Sept 14th, 2024, 10:30 h, on  FECAVA Athens 2024, Mindray booth. Address of the exhibition: Vas. Sofias Avenue and Kokkali Street, 11521 Athens, Greece.

REQUIREMENTS
3.1. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over on the day they enter Sign and Win. Proof of age and personality, in the form of a valid ID, Passport or Driver`s Licence, may be required when receiving the prize.
3.2. Only one entry during game period is permitted per person. Second or subsequent entries with the same e-mail address, receipt and/or name will be disqualified.
3.3. If you subscribe to our newsletter as part of entering this Sign and Win, you can subsequently unsubscribe from the Infinita e-newsletter at any time by following the instructions given in the accompanying emails.
3.4.   The Organizer does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the Form. Numerous factors outside the control of the Organizer may interfere with the operation of the Form for which no responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
3.5. Sign and Win is not opened to employees and their families of Infinita and Mindray Animal Care.
3.6. All entries must be made directly by the individual entering the Sign and Win. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified, and any Sign and Win awarded will be void.

SIGN AND WIN PRIZES DESCRIPTION
4.1. 6 (six) winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Sept 12th, 2024, 10:30 h. Eligible persons are all persons All persons, submitted the form, have to present on the Mindray booth during the drawn of the prize. If the person does not present on the booth at that time and can not certify his identity, a new winner will be selected after the first one and according to the same principles.
4.2. The prizes are as follow:
4.2.1. Mindray Animal Care Game special edition - 3items
4.2.2. Infusion Pump, model AniFM 1L,  brand: Mindray Animal Care - 2 items
4.2.3. Patient monitor, model UMEC 12 with CO2, brand: Mindray Animal Care - 1 item
 4.3. The prizes will be drawn as follow:
- The first 3 drawn numbers will win a special Mindray Animal Care game – 1 item per person
- The fourth and fifth drawn numbers will win Infusion Pump Mindray Animal Care AniFM 1L - 1 item per person
- The sixth drawn number will win Patient monitor UMEC 12 with CO2 - 1 item
4.4. Infinita will not replace any lost, damaged, mutilated or stolen Prize. All taxes, costs, liabilities and unspecified expenses associated with the usage of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
4.5. The Prize is as stated. Prize is not transferable, cannot be resold and will only be awarded directly to the Winner. There is no cash alternative. Prize is subject to availability and in the event that the Prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond Infinita’s control, Infinita reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
4.6.The name and country of the Winners will be available for a period of up to 4 months after the Sin and Win completion on https://infinita.ltd/lottery-fecava2024

5.1. All personal information you submit to the Organizer in connection with the Sign and Win is subject to and will be processed in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy").

GENERAL
6.1. To the fullest extent possible in law, the Organizer does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of participation in the Sin and Win and the acceptance of any Prize.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to investigate and reject claims it believes to be of a fraudulent nature. Should a claim be upheld as fraudulent Infinita reserves the right to pursue damages against individuals in connection with the claim.
6.4.   The Organizer  does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the Form. Numerous factors outside the control of Infinita may interfere with the operation of the Form. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
6.5.   The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or obligated to provide an alternative or a substitution Prize to the Winner, where the failure is caused by an event of Force Majeure and the Winner does not receive any or all components of the prize as a result of such.
6.6. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, an “event of Force Majeure”, shall have the following meaning; all circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either Infinita or the Winner concerned, including acts of God, earthquake, flood, storm, lightning, fire, explosion, war, terrorism, riot, civil disturbance, sabotage, strike, lockout, slowdown, labour disturbances, accident, epidemic, difficulties to obtain required raw materials or labour, lack of or failing transportation, breakdown of plant or essential machinery, emergency repair or maintenance, breakdown of public utilities, changes of law, statutes, regulations or any other legislative measures, acts of governments, supranational organizations or other administrative or public agencies, orders or decrees of any court, acts of third parties, delay in delivery or defects in goods or materials or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
6.7. Organizer's decisions in all promotional matters in relation to this Free Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.8. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on the law of EU will have exclusive jurisdiction.
