Why is nucleic acid extraction important?

The sample processing time in the extractor is 8 minutes, and the methodology it uses allows for a maximally pure sample and minimal possibility of false positive results. The total time for 1 PCR test is less than 1 hour, which is even less than the standard time for processing results with only a PCR machine without extraction.
The extractor provides a purified and transparent sample that contains only the nucleic acids of the pathogens, and all extraneous elements have been removed. Thanks to the extractor, colored liquids (e.g. blood or urine) can also be used as a sample, which does not affect the quality of the result.

SECTION 1. ORGANIZER.
The "Buy Consumables and Use PCR Analyzer and Extractor for Free" campaign (the "Campaign") is organized and conducted by Infinita Ltd., with registered address at 302 Tsar Simeon Street, Sofia 1330, Bulgaria ("Organizer"). Participants in the Campaign are required to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below, which are publicly available at the following URL: https://infinita.ltd/promo-inlab-pcr-en.
SECTION 2. TERRITORY.
The Campaign is valid within the territory of the Republic of Greece.
SECTION 3. ELIGIBILITY.
All individuals that hold veterinary registration number and legal entities residing in Greece are eligible to participate in the Campaign ("Client/s").
SECTION 4. MECHANISM.
To participate in the Campaign, the Client must sign a contract for the consumption of InLab PCR tests worth no less than EUR 300 per month. In return for this monthly consumption, the Organizer is obliged to provide the Client with an InLab-branded PCR analyzer and extractor for free use for the duration of the contract, as documented in a Handover Protocol, without any additional fee.
SECTION 5. PARTICIPATION RESTRICTIONS.
All veterinary clinics registered within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are eligible to participate in the Campaign.
SECTION 6. CAMPAIGN VALIDITY.
The Campaign is valid until December 31, 2024, or until promotional quantities of PCR analyzers and extractors are exhausted.
SECTION 7. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA.
Valid participation in the Campaign is considered upon the signing of a contract between the Client and the Organizer, which includes: company details, UIC, VAT number, registration address, email, and the name of the authorized person.
SECTION 8. CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS.
The Client is not entitled to sell, exchange, or transfer the right to use the equipment for free. The contract term is 24 months and may be terminated at any time by either party with a 14-day written notice. If repairs are necessary, the Organizer is obliged to provide a replacement device if the repair takes more than 7 (seven) calendar days. If a replacement cannot be provided, the Organizer cannot require the purchase of consumables from the Client during the repair period.
The Client confirms their unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and explicitly agrees to the processing of the provided personal data for the purposes of the Campaign, as described in the General Terms and the Data Processing Policy available on the Organizer's website under the "Personal Data" section.
As a data controller, the Organizer undertakes to collect and process the Clients' personal data in accordance with Bulgarian and European legislation regarding personal data protection, for the purposes of conducting the Campaign and for marketing purposes, with the Client's explicit consent.
SECTION 9. AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL TERMS.
The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend the General Terms, including but not limited to the procedure for providing PCR devices. Changes take effect after prior announcement on the Internet at https://infinita.ltd/promo-inlab-pcr-en. The Organizer reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Campaign due to force majeure or at its discretion.
SECTION 10. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN.
The Organizer has the right to terminate the Campaign at any time by announcing it in accordance with Section 9, in case of identified abuses by the Clients, violation of the Campaign's General Terms, at its discretion, and/or due to force majeure.
SECTION 11. LEGAL DISPUTES.
All disputes between the Organizer and the Clients regarding the Campaign will be resolved in good faith, with mutual concessions and compromises, and if not possible, according to the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) by the competent Bulgarian court in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
